UEFA B–licensed coach and former PSG Academy Hong Kong GM who blends elite player development with strategic, operational leadership.Coach Joseph is a UEFA B–licensed coach who combines elite football pedagogy with strong operational leadership. Before joining AAA, he served as General Manager and Lead of the Head Coaches at Paris Saint‑Germain Academy Hong Kong, where he delivered PSG‑methodology training programmes, led and mentored the coaching team, and oversaw match preparation, international tournaments, and overseas camps. His background in business law underpins his strategic planning, governance, and programme management. Earlier in his career, he was deputy manager of the boys’ section at Montrouge FC 92 (Paris), designing training cycles, organising tournaments, and developing fellow coaches. This famous amateur club in France trained talented players such as Hatem Ben Arfa, Ludovic Blas or Mathys Tel. At AAA, Coach Joseph co‑develops our proprietary regular and elite football curriculum alongside our Technical Director, Mr Danny Lennon. He also leads the recruitment of professional, qualified coaches and ensures consistent delivery in line with our programme standards and ethos.
