Our Story

AAA was founded by Vera — a former barrister, finance professional, and mother of two student-athletes. Like many parents, Vera spent years trying to support her sons’ passion for football while protecting their academic futures. Navigating schools, coaching systems, admissions pathways and extracurricular planning, she learned first-hand how fragmented the current landscape can be. Families are often left to piece together separate advice, programmes and logistics on their own, making long-term planning feel overwhelming and difficult to coordinate. That journey and experience became especially meaningful when her eldest son received an unconditional offer from Brighton College — named United Kingdom School of the Decade by The Sunday Times, and recognised by The Sunday Times Parent Power Schools Guide 2026 as UK Boarding School of the Year, Top Co-educational School of the Year in the UK, and Top Academic School in South East England. For Vera, the experience reinforced a core belief: student-athletes need more than talent, effort and scattered opportunities. They need strategy — a cohesive pathway built with purpose, clarity and long-term structure. AAA exists to give families exactly that.
