Our Story

AAA was founded by Vera, who has long been committed to the holistic development and well-being of her two sons. To support their passion for football while balancing their academic ambitions, she spent years conducting in-depth research and hands-on due diligence across schools and coaching systems. When her eldest son received an unconditional offer from Brighton College — widely regarded as the UK’s “School of the Decade” — it marked a turning point. It was this experience that led Vera to establish AAA. She recognised the challenges and pressures many families face: an overwhelming range of choices, differing admissions standards, and inconsistent coaching quality. To help families navigate these complexities with clarity and confidence, AAA was created. Today, AAA is a community designed for student-athletes who aspire to excel both on the field and in the classroom — supporting them in achieving academic and sporting success, while building a strong foundation for future pathways and careers.
