Aloïs Goussard is a French football coach and former semi-professional player. Passionate about sport, pedagogy, and player development, he has built a rich international career combining technical expertise, leadership, and a deep understanding of the game.

A graduate of the French Football Federation (UEFA B Licence) and holder of a BPJEPS diploma specializing in team sports with football as a major, Aloïs brings a structured and educational approach to coaching. His method emphasizes player motivation, teamwork, and continuous performance improvement.

Before pursuing coaching full-time, Aloïs gained valuable experience on the field as a semi-professional footballer. He progressed through the academies of Stade Malherbe Caen and Paris FC, later joining ESTAC Troyes, where he trained with the professional team. He went on to play with Paris FC and US Ivry, competing in France’s national third to fifth divisions.

Transitioning naturally into coaching, Aloïs has accumulated extensive experience working with youth and academy teams. From 2019 to 2021, he served as Head Coach at PSG Academy Meudon in the Paris suburbs, overseeing team management, training organization, and coach coordination. Between 2021 and 2023, he led youth teams (U6–U13) and assisted with the U18 squad at Montrouge FC 92, further deepening his expertise in talent development.

In 2023, he took his career international, joining PSG Academy Hong Kong as Head of Development, where he shapes training programs, mentors young players, and supports the implementation of the club’s methodology across Asia. Alongside this role, he also serves as Head Coach of the Kowloon Cricket Club’s Adult Team, competing in Hong Kong’s First Division Yau Yee League, and collaborates with Ressources Capital FC in the city’s second-tier league — highlighting his active contribution to Hong Kong’s football landscape.

Guided by a strong belief in mentorship and holistic development, Aloïs Goussard is dedicated to helping student-athletes reach their full potential. Through his coaching and leadership, he strives to instill discipline, teamwork, and resilience, ensuring that every athlete he mentors gains the tools and mindset needed to succeed both on and off the field.
