Steven leads AAA’s ECA Division, overseeing webinars, events, skills training, coaching—and the pathways that connect them to real-world opportunities. An international HR and talent leader with 30+ years’ experience, he brings award-winning expertise in performance transformation and leadership development to help student-athletes grow on and off the pitch.

Steven’s career spans sports, finance, and technology, with roles at the Hong Kong Jockey Club, PayPal, and Expedia. He has designed and delivered programs recognised by Investors in People (UK) and the Hong Kong Management Association, and has managed global mentoring initiatives that build cross-functional, cross-cultural collaboration. Having worked across Asia, Europe, and North America, he’s a natural connector who builds the kind of networks that open doors.

At AAA, Steven translates this global experience into high-impact extracurricular programming: practical webinars for parents and students; clinics and coaching sessions; networking events with industry professionals; and structured internships, placements, and career-exploration pathways. From first-time participants to elite performers, he tailors development plans and support so each student-athlete can progress with clarity and confidence.
