His distinguished career uniquely spans the education, sports, finance, and technology sectors. His professional journey included a role as lecturer at Westminster College, London, where he advised college students on career pathways, and other corporate senior talent leadership positions such as the APAC Head of Talent & Learning at the Hong Kong Jockey Club and similar roles at global firms like PayPal and Expedia. He is a natural connector who has built cross-cultural mentoring initiatives across Asia, Europe, and North America, and his programs have been formally recognized by Investors in People (UK) and the Hong Kong Management Association.
