Mr Julian So

Julian  is Head of Family Engagement at AAA, leading our team of Engagement Partners who serve as the primary point of contact for each family. He sets standards for communication and care, oversees feedback collection, and ensures clear, timely reporting on student-athlete progress and key performance indicators. Julian also manages escalations and cross-functional coordination so questions are resolved quickly and every family experiences a consistent, high-quality journey.

A distinguished multi-jurisdictional legal professional qualified in Singapore, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom, Julian brings over two decades at the forefront of international finance. He held senior roles at UBS, RBS, and Morgan Stanley, specializing in complex securitization and private finance, before moving into asset management to mentor and support emerging fintech companies on strategy and governance. 

Most recently, as Group CEO of a consortium spanning artificial intelligence, blockchain, and renewable energy, he led capital-raising initiatives and guided strategic public listings—demonstrating a steady hand, rigorous standards, and the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
